The purpose of this organization is to provide an opportunity for 600 Racing car owners to race on ovals and roadcourses in Arizona. The initial 2009 schedule shows up to 20 racing events for Legends Cars, Bandoleros and Thunder Roadsters at the 3 roadrace courses and 3/10 mile oval at Firebird International Raceway in Chandler, Arizona. This race program will start in January 2009.
The races will be sanctioned by INEX and the INEX rule book will apply.
The races for 2009 are scheduled in partnership with the Arizona ASA-Racing Division, ProAutoSports. The roadracing events are 2-3 day weekend events starting on January 10-11 and finishing the year on November 27-29. There are currently 8 events scheduled.
Larry is working with Firebird International Raceway to update the 3/10 mile flat oval for this racing program. A test day is scheduled for February 7th. Once this track is approved, a schedule of oval races will be set for 2009.
In addition, LEGENDS RACING CLUB ARIZONA LLC will offer car and parts sales and support for these race cars. These include:

Tanner Racing Scales, Shop & Pit Equipment
Ultrashield Race Seats and Equipment
Additional vendors will be announced in the next few weeks as the program gets underway.
